Mc Palace Hotel Spa & Convention

It was one of the rare hotels that I stayed in with my family and liked. Especially the room comfort and the pleasant smell of the sheets were great. The variety in the breakfast was more than enough for both our eyes and our stomachs. The hotel staff was warm and helpful. It was nice that the hotel had a mountain and sea view. The fact that they had a constant shuttle to Kyrenia city center offered us a good alternative. There was a shuttle to the beach. Overall, it was a great experience for us. We have been going to Kyrenia for many years on holiday and had to look for a hotel every time. After our MC Palace experience, we will no longer have to look for a hotel. Our new home in Kyrenia is the MC Palace Hotel.

Extremely clean , luxurious and quite cheap . The stuff was perfect . There are also so many outlets in hotel like Gloria jeans Coffee , dominos pizza , shisha coffee, kids club and etc . Prices are much more cheaper than outside . And ofcource the amazing taste of food

The hotel is very grand, the decor and facilities are excellent so you get a great first impression when you come to reception. We did half board for 2 weeks and there is a nice selection of salads and desserts. Each morning and evening we were greeted by a really smartly dressed man who was very polite every day but did not catch his name. We also went to the moon bar on one night and had a nice meal and watched the sun set. The pool bar is very nice, made better by some of the staff who were very friendly and welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean, there were no problems with that, shower was very nice too. It is clear the hotel management have worked very hard to improve guest satisfaction and its working well. Don’t be put off by some of the other reviews, our 2 week experience here was excellent whilst we had some appointments and we would definitely come back in the future to this hotel specifically very soon. This was our first time visiting north Cyprus and we would definitely come back! Just had a 2 week stay at this new hotel. Looks are very deceiving! Public area like foyer and Irish bar are very nice but the service from disinterested staff is dreadful. We were given 2 rooms on the front of the hotel but the noise from the main road was dreadful. We had to wait 3 nights to be moved to rooms on the side. Shower wasn't cleaned for the time of our stay, curtains were ripped and beds not frequently changed. Most staff don't understand English but are so miserable and uninterested in guests. One of our party slipped and fell near the entrance of the hotel and suffered a nasty fall resulting in facial injuries. There was no first aid kit in the hotel however she was offered a glass of water and 2 pieces of baklava! She was then presented with a typed note saying she had fallen due to low blood pressure and sustained minor scrapes and asked to sign saying she refused to go to hospital! An absolute disgrace! No accident book or reporting system and no managers in the hotel to talk to. This is an awful hotel and given I've stayed in most I would say I'm an expert. The Lords Palace is by far better.

The breakfast is wonderful bu the pool! And the waiters (specially Ömürcan and Mert Can) seemed to be very friendly and experienced in their job. Further, everything we ate was so delicious. We have experienced an amazing day. Thank you so much.

I and my wife stayed at MC palace a couple weeks ago. This was my 2nd time and i have to say hotel really did exceeded my expectation once again. Special thanks to the hotel staff especially Dilan from pool bar. She was absolutely amazing. To be honest everyone is very helpful either at bar, lobby or pool bar. I hope hotel management really appreciate that they have such a great people and a big asset for them. First of all, this hotel is a 5 star hotel for me compared to many hotels I stayed either in UK or Europe. Once you arrive at hotel, you enter a massive and light lobby then a couple of people meet you to check you in. Really nice pub at your left hand side and very good restaurant on your right. Rooms are clean and tidy most importantly they are massive rooms. I have stayed in Mountain View and Sea view before. Both were really big. I am not sure about the other room types. Pool is really big. And to be honest with you, you will never see towel fight around pool because most of the time is very quiet There is a great addition next to hotel. They have a very famous coffee shop right next door. Also I have realised another famous restaurant at other side of the door will be open soon. Only issue is it is a bit away from town centre. But hotel has a car hire service. It is easy enough to hire. Over all, I enjoyed once again. I will definitely return.
